About Me
Hi there! My name is Elise and I'm the face behind Yellow Fox Photo. My love for photography began when I was in high school and I have been creating art ever since, honing my skills for the past 10+ years. I launched my business in 2018 and have had the honor and pleasure of working with many incredible individuals and businesses to capture beautiful moments. I am a storyteller who believes that every story is worth sharing and that photography is a wonderful avenue to visually share those stories with others. I am an Oregon-raised girl that likes to spend my free time with my horses, three dogs, and goats at our beautiful farm in the Willamette Valley. When I am not out shooting, I can often be found adventuring through the mountains or frolicking through the forest with my fur babies and beloved husband, Ken.

I can happily guarantee that your experience will be comfortable, enjoyable, and fun. Whether it's senior photos, engagements, boudoir or anything in between, our 90-acre farm offers endless shooting locations and opportunities to bring your visions to life. We also have a charming yurt that makes for a wonderful studio with drool-worthy golden light! With a specialty in portraits, I also enjoy working for local businesses, wineries and events to capture the true personality behind each photo.
Where I got the Name "Yellow Fox"
My main coworker isn't really who you might expect... Her name is Sunny and she is a beautiful yellow 1971 VW bus. When we aren't busy working, we like to hit the road in search of some good adventure! She's the inspiration for a lot of my photoshoots as well as the name "Yellow Fox Photo". As for the fox part, I adore foxes and as you check out my site, you will see that they are not only a theme but also the inspiration for my horse's name, Vixen.
